Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product is faulty,
Please call us on +44 758 571 83 10 or write to us by clicking here up to 14 working days starting the day after receiving your item, so we can provide a solution. We will either arrange a collect the product or will ask you to send it back to examine. If the item is found to be faulty, we will either arrange a replacement or a refund.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or missing,
Please call us on +44 758 571 83 10 or write to us by clicking here up to 14 working days starting the day after receiving your item, so we can provide a solution. If the item get damaged during the packaging or transportation, we will either arrange a replacement or a refund.
If you changed your mind and don’t want the product anymore,
You can return the items that you did not unpack up to 14 working days starting the day after receiving your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return delivery cost is not paid by Orange Packaging. Until the product arrives at Orange Packaging, it is under customers responsibility.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will process your returns within 14 working days of receipt of the return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds don’t include delivery charges. Orange Packaging reserve the right to refuse to re-stock or refund money for products purchased in error which are not in a re-sellable condition.
